Here we go, on the road, where it goes I don't know but it must go somewhere
And the trees surround me, enclosing all my thoughts it's truly blinding
Is that a ghost on the road staring at me so angrily I think it's driving me, insane
No one knows what goes down, on this road trip through memory lane
Could it be nostalgia or unwanted pain
But I know what's down this road I just choose to ignore it to forget it all
But I know it come back with emotions of colours like leaves in the fall (let it fall)
As I park my car in the forest far away from it all I still hear the whispers of my failures anyways(you're not enough)
No matter how far you go or how long the road it all comes back when you're alone in the haze
No one knows what goes down, on this road trip through memory lane
Could it be nostalgia or unwanted pain
