And a great sign appeared in heaven above,
A woman clothed with the sun, shining with love,
The moon under her feet, a crown of twelve stars,
She cried out in labor, her pain reaching far.
Heavenly signs, visions divine,
Stories unfold, through the passage of time.
Another sign appeared, behold, a dragon so red,
Seven heads and ten horns, crowns on each head,
His tail drew stars, casting them to the earth,
Standing before the woman, awaiting the birth.
She gave birth to a son, destined to rule,
With a rod of iron, nations as his school,
Caught up to God, to His heavenly throne,
The woman fled, to a place unknown.
A place prepared, in wilderness to hide,
God's providence, always by her side.
For a thousand, two hundred, sixty days she'll be
Nourished and cared for in divine decree
The dragon's wrath, but she's safe in God's plan,
Protected and sheltered, by His mighty hand.
She gave birth to a son, destined to rule,
With a rod of iron, nations as his school,
Caught up to God, to His heavenly throne,
The woman fled, to a place unknown.
A great sign in heaven, stories unfold,
A tale of the ages, forever retold,
Clothed with the sun, the moon at her feet,
In God's grand design, His plans are complete.
