It's peace wrapped up in pages man you can't ignore
It teaches plainly of the doctrine of Christ
"What's that?" I asked, they said
That is a real good question we'll explain it via rap

It consists of
Faith in Jesus Christ and in His Atonement
What He did for us made the heavens open
Repenting it is basically a change of heart it is
Turning your will to God it's a fresh start
Then it's baptism by immersion in the water
Following what Christ did when He pleased His Father
Then laying on the hands to receive a gift
The Holy Ghost will be there for you through thick and thin

My mind was blown
I've never heard anything like this before
They gave me their number cause they had to go
And I waved them goodbye
And I marveled some more
That night I had a staring contest with my phone
Debating whether or not to hit them up for more
My mind intrigued I felt like there was something different
All this time when I was living
There was something missing
So I sent them a text
The very next morning I asked them what's next
They taught me the gospel that it's been restored
They told me that Christ wanted me in His fold
The very next month and to my delight
I went in the water to choose Him for life
