Once upon a frosty night, in the North Pole's glow and light
Santa read his letters, every wish was shining bright
But the reindeer caught a cold, couldn't pull the heavy load
Santa needed help, to keep his promise bold
In the woods, there stood a moose, big and brown with antlers loose
Santa took a chance on him, said"Buddy, you're my muse"
Moosey stomped and gave a cheer, ready to spread Christmas cheer
Bound to help with all his might, charging through the silent night
Santa and his moose, flying over roofs
Bringing toys to girls and boys, jingling bells, oh what a noise
Through the snow and winter wind, making sure the joy begins
Santa and his antlered friend, spreading cheer 'til the night's end
With his saddle made of hay, Moosey learned the reindeer way
Gliding through the winter sky, under the moon so high
Children peeked from window sills, making wishes, oh so still
Moosey smiled and flew with grace, lighting up each sleepy face
Rudolph lit the way ahead, but tonight Moosey would instead
Soaring high above the town, without a single frown
Santa's sleigh was full of glee, as they danced so wild and free
Leaving gifts at every door, promising love forevermore
Santa and his moose, flying over roofs
Bringing toys to girls and boys, jingling bells, oh what a noise
Through the snow and winter wind, making sure the joy begins
Santa and his antlered friend, spreading cheer 'til the night's end
