Wakin' up in the middle of the night
What's that smell something don't look right
I open my eyes and turn the lights on
Smoke everywhere what's goin' on?
Half naked I jump out of bed
's fast as I can I look for my friends
I can't breathe the smoke's chokin' me
It's so foggy I can't see around me
I reach my friends' and I shout like hell
They're waking up I can see my men
We have to get out I open the window
We have to jump I say go go go
Land on the ground I go and check out the place
I open the door I have to cover my face
Flames everywhere I'm not a liar
Trust me the house is on fire
We're outside everybody's safe
In our mouth smoke leaves a bad taste
Firemen fight the flames
A moment later the fire is tamed
As dawn comes we come back to our senses
We realize we could have been corpses
We're alive and hope we'll never
Never see a house on fire
