Beyoncé's just-wrapped "Cowboy Carter Tour", in support of her album Cowboy Carter, is the highest-grossing country tour of all time, according to Billboard.
Based on the publication's Boxscore data, the 32 shows on Beyoncé's latest tour grossed $407.6 million while selling 1.6 million tickets. The report doesn't mention which country artist's tour set the previous record.
Following the $579.8 million that Beyoncé grossed on her "Renaissance World Tour," she is now the first woman and first American artist (male, female, solo, or group) with two $400 million tours. The only other acts that have accomplished this feat are Coldplay, The Rolling Stones and Ed Sheeran.
